Phil Spector Trial ~ Doron Whineberg Grasps for Bloggers ~ A Juror Has the Flu

Well Joe has seen it all...a defense attorney now blaming bloggers for messing up his strategy. Oh, and the LA Times online editorial that prompted him to get his NSA suicide stats on the record in the Times...remember they were disallowed by Judge Fidler in Whineberg's closing arguments.

This conduct is beyond crazy. It is ridiculous that Whineberg accused a blogger ( I almost stood up ) of reporting information before he knew it. Hello are you awake Mr. Whineberg??? The court clerk announced it..Then Mr Whineberg ( am I spelling his name wrong?)wants to go to the Judge's chamber to discuss the matter. Ooops, er sorry Doron, let's keep this in the courtroom, Fidler responds. Whinberg says he really doesn't read blogs but someone has informed him (Chelle?)that these pesky bloggers are making his life miserable....oh how horrific. He really believes that these "bloggers" have ties to the Prosecution....Whineberg clarifies that his comments were online only and that you had to go look for it..Uh Doron have you heard of a Google Search for Phil Spector. We urge you to pay attention...then Wendy, Judge Fidler's clerk speaks up when Mr. Weinberg first talks about this and tells him that he was called. She then adds, "For the record, I’ve announced it to the PIO and they announce it to the court."
HELLO??? IS ANYBODY OUT THERE??? HAVE YOU HEARD ABOUT FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHTS??? ENOUGH OF THIS CRAP!!!!

Phil Spector Trial ~ The Defense Does A David Letterman in Closing Arguements ~ Will Stupid Pet Tricks Be Next?

The Letterman thing....Doron Weinberg's Top 14 reason's why Phil Spector is innocent...

Well Joe was in the Courtroom to watch Phil Spector Defense attorney, Doron Weinberg do his thing. Things started off like they almost always do-Weinberg either asking for a mistrial or protesting ( a day late ) that in her closing arguments, Ms. Truc Do used a picture of Judge Fidler, describing for the record, where a witness was pointing to blood material on Lana Clarkson's hand. Your honor, said Mr Weinberg, The Prosecution misused the Judge's image in this trial and it looks as though the jury could concur that you are a witness. DA Alan Jackson stood by the call, and the Judge agreed that no harm was done.

In low tones, Doron Weinberg started his closing arguments. He claimed he would put on a straight forward case. Weinberg continued that it had been a long case and thanked the jury for their patience (no kidding ) and told them how great it was hearing the laughter and bonding that was going on in the jury room. (Brown Noser?)Maybe so, but I observed more than one juror who looked fed up, tired and ready to go home.

Weinberg continued...I'm sure you as a jury could say, it looks like Phillip could have done it. You could also probably say he probably did it, but we think you are the kind of people who really listened to the evidence.......we feel you are honest ,fair people.

Then Weinberg trashes Dr Lynn Herold.....Don't you remember, Weinberg asked her "Can you say that Phil Spector pulled the trigger? Answer No
Of course she can't say that...only ONE person can, and he didn't take the stand.

Now Weinberg trashes ALL the women who took the witness stand against Phillip. I guess he has to ..bad idea Joe thinks.....DA Alan Jackson almost finished his closing and that comes tommorrow. Tick, Tock, Tick Tock, the silence of Jackson's clock quieted the courtroom today. He stopped and paused for 1 solid minute..some jurors put their head down...think if Jackson had silence for a full 40 minutes, indicating the time it took police to get in Spector's house...What happened in those 40 long minutes??

You know what..I can't write anymore about this crap.....it's OVER...I am done..and I will finish with what Doron Weinberg said in his closing arguments to the jury
" Looks like he did it, you could probably say he did it"...Joe is DONE, OVER WITH IT

Phil Spector Trial ~ Prosecution States Their Case ~ Monday March 23 ~ The Shifting Sands of the Defense ~ The Defense Objects ~ The Judge Overules

Well folks, it's finally coming to an end. The courtroom was PACKED and this morning the prosecution's Truc Do laid it all out...and in my humble opinion, in a convincing manner. Ms. Do was methodical while telling the jury that Spector defense attorney Doron Weinberg will come to them with a few snippets of cherry picked quotes, e-mails and hired experts to refute the 40 year positive history of Lana Clarkson. She also said to watch him ignore over 12,000 positive e-mails that were never considered by his 'cash a paycheck' defense witnesses.

She told the story of Lana through the effective statements of five other women that testified that when Spector drank, he became a demonic monster. Objection screamed Weinberg, but he was quickly overuled by Judge Larry Paul Fidler. Ms. Do also argued that Weinberg had tried to confuse the jury many times with what she called "shifting sands" of the defense. When something did not work, they tried something else. Even the backdrop of her video presentation was a picture of sand blowing freely. She claimed that Weinbeg used evidence to his convenience during his opening arguments. For example, Weinberg. she claims, completly manipulated where the blood spatter on Lana Clarkson's wrist and hand was found. To prove this, she used slo-mo camera action of Judge Fidler that showed, for the record, what one prosecution witness saw ...blood on the back of the wrist and not where Weinberg tried to place it.

The use of video was also quite effective as the jury saw Diane Ogden tell about her harrowing episode with Spector. Ms. Do hammered the point home that when Phil drank, his demeanor changed, drastically. She showed pictures and quotes of five other women who all testified that Mr. Spector tortured them with a gun. The 6th person, Lana Clarkson was the unlucky one.

Ms. Do also let the jury know that "consciouness of guilt" can be used. For example, Mr. Spector confessed...Mr. Spector had 40 minutes to roam his house, washing his hands, wiping the gun, all the while ignoring 14 phones in his "castle" that he could have used to make a 911 call. She urged the jury to use their common sense. She said all of these actions point towards a guilty person. At the end of her argument the screen showed comments from Phil like "Women are all fucking cunts, and they all deserve a bullet in the head". The pictures of a blood soaked Lana Clarkson silenced the packed courtroom, as Ms. Do let the quotes and pictures speak for Lana. It was eerily quiet for a few minutes and then it was over.

Since the Prosecution only used half a day for their closing, Doron Weinberg told the Judge he could not start his argument today and the Judge ordered the jurors back to court on Tuesday morning.

Joe thinks this was good strategy, but also thinks that Weinberg may need a week to change his one shot closing arguments, after Ms. Do TOLD the jury what he would say. Tommorrow, Weinberg and then DA Alan Jackson steps to the plate. Watch out...the fireworks are far from over.

Phil Spector Trial ~ Linda Kenny Badin ~ The Woman In Black Returns ~ Dominic Dunne Predicts the Outcome!

Joe is back and here to report that today's court session saw former Spector attorney Linda Kenney Baden show up as a guest..or was it an urgent call from Phil for a rescue??? Ms Baden was dressed in black from head to toe, maybe in mourning or just to hide a few things. Oh, that was so bad, Joe.

The Prosecution closed their rebuttal case today, leaving Spector attorney Doron Weinberg to call I am not sure who, to rebut I don't know what. If he calls The Pie, she will be grilled about the Christmas letter that accused Spector of taking her "friend" Lana's life. Not a good idea, in Joe's opinion.

Called today was Nick Terazin, Lana's print agent. He had gotten Lana a job that was to start a few week's after her death. Lana was looking forward to this job, so suicide seems a bit of a stretch since she was ready to get back to work.

Closing arguments could begin next Monday.

As far as Dominick Dunne's prediction of the outcome of the case, I will tell you this...When he came to Court, I asked him to autograph one of his books and write down his opinion of the outcome. When the trial is over, I will tell you what he wrote. Want to guess????

Phil Spector Trial ~ Monday March 9th ~ TRU TV's Lisa Bloom Sets Witness Greg Sims Straight ~ Why Did He Change His Testimony?

Sometimes Tru TV doesn't give people a Tru picture of their personality. Lisa Bloom, the court reporter for TRU TV took the witness stand today as a Prosecution out of order witness and she was teriffic AND BEAUTIFUL! She was there to counter the testimony of DEFENSE witness Greg Sims. She basically shot Greg Sims in the foot.

Once again, a defense witness has now gone over to the prosecution side.

Folks, Doron Weinberg has his solo work cut out for him. Joe feels this jury is ready for the trial to be over, as they had to listen to Mr Weinberg pontificate over & over & over. Outside the presence of the jury, WE had to listen to the endless whining of what the Prosecution could and could not do, according to Doron "play with my lip" Weinberg.

Ms Bloom, daughter of Gloria Allred, told the jury that she interviwed Greg Sims
( Lana's "friend") during the 1st Trial on TV and she told the jury that basically his testimony changed?????

Once again, Asst DA Truc Do took on DEFENSE expert Dr."Did I Say That" Seiden and again effectively dressesd him down.

Also, Rachelle Spector's plea's for defense courtroom spectator support has fallen apart. The "support" consisted of Weinberg's wife, Chelle's Mom, and Defense investigator Tawny Tindle. PLEASE, SOMEBODY COME TO COURT TO SHOW SUPPORT FOR PHIL...IT'S EMBARRASSING THAT HIS FRIENDS HAVE ABANDONDED HIM...HELP.....SEND THE CALVARY!

Other witnesses today caused Joe to take a nap. Can I say they need Pepsi Max in the vending machine. Would have sold like crazy today.

Phil Spector Trial ~ Dr. " Did I Say That"? Sedin, March 5th

WOW is all Joe can say...what a day in court. I will let others tell you the sordid details, but let's put it this way, Asst DA Truc Do professionally dismantled defense expert Dr Sedin.

She ate his lunch.

I can't tell you how many times the sometimes confused witness said..."Did I Say That?", in reference to a hotly contested recorded interview he gave to the Prosecution recently.

Did I say hotly contested??? Both Doron Weinberg & DA Alan Jackson battled until Judge Fidler stopped them both. Slaps on the wrist to the both of them from Judge Fidler.

Dr Sedin wrote no report on his seven months of work. It was determined that Mr Weinberg was the author of the script?

There was ENDLESS discussions on the % of people who thought about jumping off the Golden Gate Bridge????

You know what...I can't write anymore dribble about how this case seems to stray from the facts...and you know Joe is all about

Phil Spector Trial ~ Tears from Jennifer Hayes Reidel ?? ~ Pepcid

Don't know if ole Jennifer read what Joe observed last time when "Lana's " good friend was on the stand, cause she let loose Wednesday. When asked about Lana by Spector attorney Doron Weinberg, she got emotional, her eyes were red as Ms. Hayes-Reidel could barely contain herself. She was there to tell the " truth " about Lana. Most of those Joe talked to said she was not believeable and once again the witness lost her cool with Asst DA Truc Do. A no-no for a defense witness. Last week after answering questions from Ms. Do, Hayes would answer and then sometimes mutter under her breath the word...unbelievable

Then when asked by Ms. Do what she does now, she lashed out that this trial has ruined her life, she will never speak to the press again. Promise? Trying to answer a question, Ms Hayes blurted out “ I am sick to my stomach”. (cue the Pepcid). She told the jury she has lost everything because of this trial.

Guess what, so did somebody else.....

Truc Do once again calmly hammered at inconsistent statements by the witness.

More on the next witness soon, BUT Mr Weinberg did indicate that he will possibly wrap up this week which probably means no expert testimony from Michael "a-ha moment" Badin. Does this mean that Pie will be the last witness. Joe sure hopes so, as the furs will fly...book it Dan'o.

The Court will help assist Mr. Weinberg, as court will be in session this Friday as well. Think the Judge is ready for a vacation? Think Phil & Chelle are ready for a staycation???

Well Joe just heard that court MAY NOT be on for this Friday, maybe next Friday...oh the legal manuevering...

Phil Spector Trial ~ NO Court on Tuesday ~ Phil Spector has Surgical Procedure

Well folks, for some reason Phil had a surgical procedure over the weekend and Court was cancelled on Monday & Tuesday. There is a possibility of Court resuming Wednesday. The alleged surgery that Phil may have had was reportedly for throat nodules and had been planned earlier but for some reason postponed until now.

This of course slows down the trial process and the notion that Spector Attorney Doron Weinberg said there was only two more weeks left in the trial is not going to happen. Heck, it could take that long for Pie.

Phil Spector Trial ~ Defense Gets Another 'Discovery ' Violation ~ WWF Smackdown with Defense Witness

Every time Joe thinks he has seen it all, he has to take it back. Today took
the cake!

1-Judge Fidler rules with Prosecution- Doron Weinberg gets hammered with another 'Discovery' Violation re witness Gregory Sims. Mr Sims, just happened to add a "few" things yesterday in his testimony that had never been heard before. Surely Mr Weinberg knew of this. DA Alan Jackson called for discovery violations, and this morning , Judge Larry Paul Fidler ruled with the Prosecution that indeed there is a 2nd Discovery violation by Mr Whineberg.

2-Gregory Sims- added that Lana was very, very, very depressed that night at his party. Something he forgot in the 1st trial. Ooops.......that allows DA Jackson to play tapes of Mr Sims as he proudly boasts on a Court TV interview BEFORE the 1st trial and says that Lana would not & could not ever pick up a gun and shoot herself. It just wasn't her. She was bubbly, charming, etc....He then stated that the reason he said that was because Court TV was an "entertainment " show and that was why he was there...oh well maybe he was a friend of Lisa Bloom at Court TV and she "pressed " him for the interview. Now he's blaming his friend, Ms. Bloom, at Court TV ( TRU TV) . Alan Jackson played the innocent Mr Sims saying such nice things about Lana....until yesterday when he basically portrayed her as suicide waiting to happen. Well after the Court TV tape was played over the objection of Mr Weinberg, Mr Sims looked like he could hide in the jury box. He stammered, he stuttered, he's toasted himself, right there in front of everybody.

Next witness: Jennifer Hayes- Now here is a freakin trainwreck about to happen..talk about the REAL wives of Beverly Hills, blah blah blah.....Truely it was ..Punkin Pie this, and Punkin Pie that. No I was Pie's best friend , then Lana was, and you know Pie "REQUIRED that Lana and I both show up at her Backstage shows on Tuesdays. REQUIRED them....Is this a Pie Cult???. Oh my Goodness..a PIE CULT. Mr Sims added today that The PIE has been ill and hasn't been promoting. Will THE PIE SHOW UP NEXT WEEK????

Jennifer is Lana's "friend" who basically told the jury how much she loved Lana, blah , blah blah. But when Spector Investigator Tawny Tindle comes calling. it's a dump on Lana kinda interview.
" Quote: TD: Did you say Lana was the most selfish person Pie and I knew. Answer- She was.
TD Q-Did you say Lana would sleep with anybody or any dog? A:She might..
TD Q-Did you say to Ms Tindle that Lana had gained weight and was hiding.....

Then after 5 hours of telling Ms Tindle everything, you invite Ms Tindel, a defense investigator to a show that was being promoted by THE PIE....right,, well yes.
Q TD-Did she go . A: Yes.
Q TD-Who picked up the tab. A-Well she offered but I paid.....

Now the witness starts getting hostile. Combative. Shouting at Asst. DA Truc Do, Ms Hayes made NO friends during her testimony. In Joe's humble opinion both Hayes and Sims were eaten alive by the Prosecution today......Joe's observation.....it's a slowly sinking ship....Weinberg can't keep up what it took 6 to accomplish last time....

Judge Rules Against Spector ~ Allows Tapes to be Heard ~ Blow to the Defense ~ Juror Dismissed February 23, 2009

The first ruling of the day came when Judge Larry Paul Fidler said that the tapes of Det. Tomlin and Vincent Tannazzo from 2007 WILL be allowed to be heard. Spector attorney Weinberg argued as hard as he could and Judge Fidler told him, " I know you don't like my ruling, but the Court has ruled".

And speaking of the Jury, Juror # 5 has been dismissed because of extreme financial hardships and to tend to his ailing father. For some reason, it seemed to Joe Friday, that Spector's attorney wanted this juror. He eagerly told the Judge that he probably has ONLY 2 weeks to go, so what the heck is the big deal. (Not his word, Joe's) Judge Fidler wisely added that there would be jury instuctions, possible delays and it may be more like three more weeks.

Juror # 5 enters the courtroom by himself and sits in the same seat he has occupied for the last 4 months. The Judge wants to hear his story and he says something to the effect that he works a 1 week shift for 12 hours a day, seven days a week and then gets a week off and they have quit paying him , plus his father had a stroke and can't drive. This is the same juror who has worn an Easy Rider shirt into court, (who played a role in this movie?) , a SUN Records t-shirt, (think Ike & Tina ) and other assorted t's.

Juror # 5 goes back to the Jury room to say goodbye to his fellow jurors. He comes out first and leaves, and the jury is the brought in. In what seemed like a "game show moment", Judge Fidler draws Alternate # 3 from an envelope to be the new Juror # 5. The reason Joe says game show, it's because Alternate # 3 was surprised too and whooped it up.

Det. Tomlin is immediately put on a straight course from Asst DA Truc Do. She asks all the right questions, and get all the right answers. Even when Ms. Do gets a "sustained" , she keeps charging along...sometimes a tad too fast.And district Attorney Alan Jackson immedicately passes out transcripts to the jury. And the tape is played.

Doron Weinberg alluded to the jury that Det. Tomlin conducted sloppy follow up work on this case and it came back to haunt him as Judge Fidler ruled the audio tapes between Tannazzo and Det. Tomlin were to be played in court. THE TAPES WERE UGLY. At the Joan Rivers party, Tannazzo says Spector was firing the F-Bombs, "all women are fucking cunts and deserve a bullet in the head" over and over, again and again, at a Joan Rivers New Year's Eve party in New York.

The mantra for this trial is now officially, "I Think I Killed Somebody". Joe counted at least 50 times that either Truc Do or Mr. Weinberg said these words. Whineberg tried to change it a little but it's all the same..Det. Tomlin was a DEFENSE witness and is now a PROSECUTION witness.

Joe thinks this sink is shipping fast..at lunch break Phil bolted for the door. Either he needed to use the restroom real bad or he was pissed about the ruling. Either way I guess he used the restroom....but I guess we'll never know....

Jury to see The Castle ~ Phil Spector Trial ~ Rachelle Spector ordered to not be in the House

Well it's a little different this trial. The jury will no longer see Mr & Mrs Spector as they "greet" the new jury. Joe could have sworn last time there was apple pie and ice cream being served in THE CASTLE....well maybe not... but this time Rachelle Spector will not join her husband at the castle. Phil Spector is on trial, Chelle' didn't live there when the death occured. so where will she go?????
Shopping?? Computer classes??? CD buying spree at Tower....wait...they're closed...never mind.

The fountain issue is troublesome to Joe, as I'll bet you they have jacked up the sound....I can hear the judge with a bullhorn saying, " This is where Mr Spector said, " I think I killed somebody".....

Well once again. another DEFENSE witness becomes a PROSECUTION witness..this time David Shapiro. The struggling Whineberg tries his best to make Lana sound pitiful...but guess what..it did not work in my humble opinion.....stay tuned...

Phil Spector Trial ~ Tuesday February 17th, 2009 ~ Another Defense Witness Let's Lana Clarkson's voice be heard in Court

Joe here and once again the Phil Spector trial continues to amaze me. I thought that when the defense calls a witness they would side with them. Well so far, Joe has counted about 4 or 5 Spector defense witnessess's that have taken the stand and the prosecution may as well have had them as prosecution witness!

Today for example, John Baron, the playwriter that wrote "Brentwood Bombshells", which he cast Lana in, before her death was on the stand. She was dismissed 4 weeks later by the the producer as being abrasive, disruptive, and wanting to take over the entire production. John Baron the writer, did NOT stand behind her...she was doing HIM a a favor...Ok, Lana is actually thinking about quitting this low budget potential loser of a show , then gets fired, but writes the writer a very nice sorry, it didn't work out letter, basically no harm, no foul. But poor (honorable, more on this later) John Baron doesn't read this letter until about a month and a half after Lana's death.. The letter is compelling and believable. It is shown on the BIG screen. No anger, no treats,...A simple thanks....the prosecution left it on the big screen even while well respected Spector attorney Doron Weinberg is re-crossing..er, DW, leaving that powerful of a letter on the big screen for at least 15minutes had to be a prosecutor's dream, Mr Weinberg.

Now back to morning witness John Baron. His play, as Joe said, was called Brentwood Bombshells. Well guess what ...the play has changed, ( in Lana's honor) to reflect famous women who have been killed by famous men....(stay with me folks)

1-Marilyn Monroe-killed by Joe Kennedy Sr (his opinion)
2-Sharon Tate-killed by Manson gang
3-Nicole Simpson-killed by you know who
4-Princess Diana-killed by paparrazi or bright lights???
5-Lana "in her honor" Clarkson-killed by you know you

The other creepy thought that Mr Baron hired Lana because she had "connections" with Roger Corman, who produced the now infamous "Barbarian Queen". A MONTH AFTER Lana's death Mr. Baron, (in Lana's honor) put her picture and note on his website....his reason... to promote hs play...."well, it IS Hollywood" he said.... That's right, no respect for other people. Listen ..this guy fired Lana then tried to take advantage of her...sorry dude..no R_E_S_P E_C_T_ from Joe...........

Hello Mr Baron....Thank you so much... you read an e-mail into record today that was from Lana Clarkson to one of her fans...Lana said. "never give up, you can be an actress at any age".....ONCE AGAIN...LANA SPOKE IN COURT TODAY! MORE LATER...

The defense needs help....Mr Whineberg has no one to turn to......he is getting flustered...Phil is shaking more..I think he took Joe's advice about the OJ....nice job Phil...please pay attention to Joe...He knows the ropes...

Phil Spector Trial ~ Dr. Spitz Frustrated on the Stand ~ Again ~ Judge Fidler Gives Verbal Reprimand

Well it was a chilly, windy, rainy Monday here is the city where in Never Rains...right....but ole Joe bit the bullet so to speak and headed downtown to that too familiar courtoom.

Basic details tonight as the Vending machine was out of Pepsi Maxx and there's a full moon coming...so cut to the chase joe,

Well, Dr Spitz was on the stand , Alan Jackson gave him an uppercut, Spector's attorney Doron Weinberg, tried to rehabilitate the good Dr., but this round goes to the Prosecution. Brillant job by Alan Jackson.

Possible discovery violations????? The jury left at 3pm and Weinberg and Jackson sparred about possible discovery violations by the Defense. It has never come out that the defense paid for the gun demonstations, but further inspections seem to back that up. On Tuesday outside the juty lawyers will cross Pecks regarding his testimony....and the judge will rule...no new court drama,,,awhhhhhhh

Basically he flipped out on the witness stand, causing Judge Larry Paul Fidler, to ask all parties to remain calm. It was unbelievably scary! One might think such a job requires somebody heartless and cold, but one meeting with Werner Spitz, MD, proves otherwise. "The fact that people are dead--it doesn’t bother me. I can do an autopsy on any kind of mutilated body and that doesn’t upset me one little bit," Dr. Spitz says. "In fact, it challenges me to find out more. How did it happen? Did they use a chainsaw? 2003-Legendary rock and roll producer Phil Spector allegedly shot and killed his girlfriend B-Movie actress Lana Clarkson at his LA mansion. Spector created the Wall of Sound concert technique and produced for the Beatles among many others. Clarkson was the Barbarian Queen and appeared in Scarface and Fast Times At Ridgemont High. The few days before, Phil Spector said to the British Daily Telegraph, "I don't know, genetically, whether or not that had something to do with what I am or who I became. I would say I'm probably relatively insane, to an extent. I take medication for schizophrenia, but I wouldn't say I'm schizophrenic. I have a bipolar personality, which is strange.”

Weinberg Gets A NO From The Judge ~ Phil Spector Yawns

Joe Friday is a little worried about Phil.....has he been getting his beauty sleep?

He seems to be yawning a lot in court these days and Tuesday was no exception. I often wonder if Rachelle and Phil sit around the house, drinking a Navy Grog and listen to outtakes from The Beatles "Let It Be" CD. Oh well, Joe guesses he will never get that chance.

Well, Spector attorney Doron Weinberg (outside the jury)pleaded, begged, cajoled, and argued that Dr. Lyn Herold's testimoy should be stricken from the records. The unflappable Dr. doesn't waiver and Weinberg is firing all guns, so to speak.

Judge Fidler rules against Weinberg and Judge Fidler says he considers her a very credible witness. Case closed.

Weinberg pouts........ just another day in court with The Adventures of Phil & Chelle'.

Phil Spector Trial ~ Nicole Spector Testifies ~ Phil is more than Righthanded

WEll, the defense called Nicole Spector, the biological daughter of Phil Spector. At the last trial, Nicole was basically relegated to saying that Phil was right handed..which explains?????? This time however Monica gets into discussions about Dorothy Melvin, Spector's ex-girlfriend and manager of Joan Rivers.

Not sure where Spector Attorney Doron Weinberg is going with this, but we will give him the props for trying..

Phil Spector Trial ~ Phil Speaks in Court ~ His wife disses the Court ~ BIG Fireworks in Court

Joe Friday thought he had seen everything, but Thursday January 29, was a doozy. First in the morning, lots of quibbling among the lawyers with the jury outside the courtroom. I think Spector's attorney won something, but the arm wrestling between DA Alan Jackson & Doron Weinberg just about ended in a draw.

Back on the stand now, Mr Stuart James, remember, he's the the defense forensic science witness that has charged Team Spector $70,000 so far for his "expert analysis". Alan Jackson had this guy on the ropes from Round 1. He shot down material even published in the expert's OWN Forensic Science Book. Mr James responded and admitted , "well that paticular passage has come under some fire".

Alan Jackson is the pro's pro. He just has a way about him that is so believable and then he puts the hammer down. His often funny remarks, along with his down home humor, and good guy style, makes this cat unstoppable. Don't know what they pay AJ, but he desrves a raise.

He still has Mr. James on the stand, and buddy, let me tell you he is getting Mr James to say all the right words...and this is a DEFENSE witness!!! Then Mr Jackson, whips out his new toy, a plum bob. He makes Mr James demonstrate to the enraptured jurors, what happens to blood when it is dropped straight down, as in this plum bob. Brilliant demonstration.

Then the real fireworks begin involving guess who....that's right Ms. Rachelle Spector. The "bad girl" of Room 109 seems like she wants to make this trial disapear, like in a mistrial maybe?

Seems Chelle' was taking pictures in the courthouse again and this time it did not go unoticed. The Public Information officers said Ms Spector was AGAIN observed taking photos in the courthouse and has been told not to by the Judge. Taking pictures outside the courthouse is ok...inside..izxnay on the camera.

Ms Spector NEVER ONCE stood up as the Judge addressed her. ER, Ms Spector, I don't think Judge Larry Paul Fidler is kidding this time. Your butt is going to jail if there is one more incident.

Meanwhile something that rarely happens..PHIL " FREAKIN" SPECTOR WANTED TO SPEAK!!!!

In his low, raspy shaking voice, Phil tells the Judge he has been coming to the court for 2 years now ( Wonder why? ) and has been taking pictures with lawyers, deputys, so called fans, MY SPACE followers, sympathetic wellwishers, and judges ( JF quickly throws in a "not with this Judge " comment).

Spector says he doesn't think it's anybody's bizwack to try and take poor Chelle's camera. (BTW there was a slight scuffle in the hallway as the Public Information Officers tried to inspect Chelle's camera and Phil's body guard acted like he wanted to throw his weight around.) So scuffle, scuffle, scuffle, I want the camera, Rachelle at the same time, scrambling to delete the pictures she just took inside the courthouse ...what a remarkable scene and Judge Fidler is waiting inside and he is PISSSED.

"Mrs Spector, this is the second time with the pictures." Ms. Spector, never stands up to address the court in a respectful manner. She smuggly denies taking the first pictures of the first incident. The Judge says next time it happens, "SOMEBODY'S GOING TO JAIL".

AJ is on a roll. Every question, every answer make this DEFENSE witness sound like he's a prosecution witness.

Next..the camera fight begins.......claws are up in this one AND has anyone noticed that on www.Rachelle Spector.com, the nasty comments about LA's most famous crime blogger are gone? Bout time. It took them about a month to take down. Now, it's an almost a blank page, cept for the Mrs Rachelle Spector headline, and I love my husband...he's innocent...and we've been together for five years, yeah us, blah, blah, blah.. This is such childish stuff, Jeez Louise.

Joe's prediction...Rachelle Spector will soon be spending time in a orange jumpsuit and no blankie......If Phil got up and spoke today...does this mean that he will take the stand in his own defense, as he did in defense of his wife's silly camera? Cmon Phil, batter up!

Phil Spector Trial ~ Blood Spatter 101 Class ~ According to Defense Witness

Ya Gotta give it to Spector attorney, Doron Weinberg. He made defense witness Stuart James actually do a blood splatter 101 class for the entire court to see. Not only that, they brought it the ACTUAL CHAIR LANA CLARKSON WAS KILLED IN!

Mr. Weinberg felt a little drama was due, but one look at Lana's Mom, Donna, and you knew it was gruesome. Ms Clarkson had to put up a kleenex to her face...the actual chair that her daughter was last sitting in. Wow, and guess what, Joe's position in the courtroom is good and I swear I saw a tear run down her eye.

Ok so back to Mr James. He makes $ 250 an hour to give results that favor the truth.
He charges $ 250 per hour plus expenses like airfare, hotel, meals, etc.

He works for the DA's office 20 % of the time and 80% for the defense. Nice averages!

His price so far????Anyone? Anyone?? Bueller?? Ok, he has billed Mr Spector $70,000 so far.

Joe knews this dude James is qualified, but some of the questions he was asked were so lame.
DW: You're a member of the Forensic Scientists or whatever it was , correct?

James: Well, "we haven't actually met in the two years", but when we do, we yippee tie one on. Ok so he didn't say the last part...but "haven't met in 2 years" strikes Joe, odd????

I mean DW was fishing today...trolling the expert for theories....trying to shoot holes in Dr Lyn Herold's conclusions..the only problem..this witness has had training in small cities you may never have heard of. Yes he did work in Tucson, but that's about it.

By the way some individual left the courtroom in a hurry because thier cell phone beeped and wasn't allowed back in . Joe's advice to all the non-pros out there.....Leave youre cell phones out. Later!

Phil Spector Trial Tuesday January 27th ~ In N Out, That's What A Hamburger's All About

Court suspended, Ms Truc Do is sick. In an unusual turn of events, today's day in court was abbreviated to little more than an hour of arguments. DW presented points of law that appeared to Joe to be a desperate attempt to persuade the court to allow a "psyche autopsy". Then DW, in another feeble attempt, also stated that Dr Lyn Herold had not been keeping up with her hours, so why should he have to do the same? The Court quickly said, then send me any relevant information about this and I will have it subpoenaed. And that was it.

Man, that In N Out Burger was good……but Joe must tell you that later on in the day, he needed a Pepcid to make it. Lots of chatter around the courthouse about the upcoming site visit...keep your ears to the ground and your eyes on this site.

Phil Spector Trial ~ Doron Weinberg Asks "Was it a Wrist Job or a Hand Job?

Holy Moly Joe!!! Opening day for the defense!!!Exciting stuff.! Chelle was there with a few friends and the tension rose as Dr. Lakkshnanan was the first witness to be called. Joe wonders the choice, but Mr Weinberg is Phil's expert!.. Hans Solo..

Phil's hands shake when the jury walks in....Weinberg grills the Dr. (as a good defense attorney should do) and guess what..it took 30, maybe 45 minutues to for Mr Weinberg have the good Dr. agree to the terminology of the location of one speck of blood that was maybe on the inner wrist, outer wrist, dorsal wrist, palm of the hand, center of the hand, ...whatever.....Where does the hand start and the wrist stop..or was it where does the wrist start and the hand stop. I don't know about you my friends, but the last time I saw a dorsal , it was attached to a botlle-nosed dolphin that I saw doing a back flip as I stood watching the sunset off the end of the Santa Monica Pier. Speaking of sunsets...oh never mind.
Court resumes...

Joe's take is , DW is trying to poke holes in the MOD ( Mode of Death ) He tries to make an end run but over the objections of DA Alan Jackson. Stopped on the ten yard line!

It's like trying to basically accuse the Dr's staff of being incompetent.

Suddenly, at one point, the jury was ordered out of the room, Since the end run did not work, a serious discussion followed..END result, the Jury was sent home since it was almost 4PM...I knew the Judge was getting hungry and the jury getting bored..Me thinks..

Joe Friday Back in Action Court in Session Monday January 26th, Phil Spector Trial

Well folks Joe had to check in on another case the past few days. But I'm sure you've kept up with the happs, with all the other good blogs out there, I mean they FINALLY got Dr. Herold off the stand after Spector's attorney bored the jury to tears, and you could tell they just wanted out of the back and forth Herold vs Weinberg repartee'. Weinberg picks up 8 hours of more court time...$$$$

The San Francisco based Spector attorney Doron Weinberg now gets to show his stuff, but Joe thinks that since he is really the ONLY attorney Spector has ( as opposed to the 6 or so he had last time) DW will be up all night looking to pick the holes....but in Joe's mind, there's not many......we'll see.....

BTW, Joe ventured in to the now famous Westin Bonaventure Hotel and they have concocted a new drink in honor of Phil's $104,000 non-payment that they served The Spector's last week for lack of payment lawsuit. It's called

Guess Who is Still on the Witness Stand ~ Phil Spector Trial

It's Thursday January 15th. Will somebody please wake Joe Friday up??? Dr Lyn Herold the LA. Co. Sheriff's Office senior criminalist is STILL on the stand. One can only suspect that Spector's attorney, Doron Weinberg is working by the hour, because the tedious questions that he asks over and over just get damn boring. Joe needed 2 Pepsi Max, 2 Vitamin Water Energy Drinks just to stay awake. Oh yeah Joe needed a chocolate fix as well, as the peanut M & M's from the 9th floor vending machine kicked in mid-afternoon.

Man Mr Weinberg is like the Energizer bunny...he just keeps charging ahead, tho, mostly to dead end streets. The jury looks freakin' bored to tears and obviously can't wait for the MLK holiday.

Finally Weinberg is OVER, (for now) and the made for TV prosecutor, Alan Jackson, goes back over some of Mr. Weinberg's assumptions. Trust me as I have said before, Dr Herold is asked one question and before she answers, she usually takes a second, composes herself and then gives a detailed explanation that could go on for minutes. Sure somtimes it's a yes or no, but she is unflappable.

Dr. Herold. SHE IS BELIEVAVBLE!

Alan Jackson continues and court is called for the day. Yes Dr Herold will be BACK on the stand next week and then, Joe hears that Lana's mom, Donna will take the witness stand. Last time she was only asked mostly about the shopping spree she and Lana went on the night before her murder. Joe thinks that buying 8 pairs of new, comfortable shoes for her House of Blues gig, is not a precursor or an indication of suicide.
Nor is the fact that she was just hired to do a print shoot in just a few short weeks.

This time on the stand Joe has a feeling she will be forced to testify to more....it's gonna get ugly, trust me on this. As other bloggers have told you, Donna Clarkson attends trial most every day and when the GRAPHIC photos come up on the big screen, she flinches, looks away and every once and a while you will see a tear. If Doron Weinberg presses to hard I guarantee there's a floodgate coming soon.

Phil Spector Trial Mid-Day Break Thursday January 15th

Hey boys and girls,

Well we're at the Spector Trial today and Spector's attorney finally got Dr. Lynn Herold to say that there is a "possibility" that that because the pantyhose are "elastic" there "could" have been spatter there that FELL OFF during the moving of her body from the scene to the body bag and with the removing of her pantyhose at the cororner's office. Good grief...enough already Mr. Weinberg.

Joe knows you're putting in those long hours but STOP, please.

A few more Spector "supporters" in court today, but can they stay for the afternoon break???? GRRRRRR...no more serving of papers, no more cat fights, at least before lunch.

Who Pulled the Trigger?? Weinberg Wants to Know? Phil Spector Trial Wednesday January 14th

Well folks, Spector attorney, Doron Weinberg, took on Dr Lynn Herold, the lady with the credentials that stretch from here to New York ( Carlyle Hotel )?

Mr Weinberg is to be commended (by his client) as he tried his hardest ( Really hard) to make Dr Herold say, "Couldn't there be an alternative scenario"?

NO!!! She said. Convinced me.

In Joe's humble opinion, it was like a football game in which one team keeps running the ball and gobbling up the clock. One question to the well respected Dr Herold could result in a lengthy explanation that left Mr Weinberg perplexed. I know you tried hard Mr. Weinberg, but I think this round goes to the prosecution, although I will give you the fact that you still will be cross-examining her on Thursday. Joe expects it to go on for a few more days.....really.....AND

Joe didn't see it, but rumor has it that RS was snapping away with her cell phone camera OUTSIDE the Court House. We were told she was taking pictures of a someone as she was leaving the Court House. Notice, I said OUTSIDE. Will she put them up on her site?? let's see...and BTW did she really do what I was told she did?? Joe sure hopes not.

Phil Spector Trial Tuesday January 13th

Prosecution testimony today finished with Dr Lynn Herold. She is a tough cookie and I suspect Spector's attorney , Doron Weinberg, is pouring over right this minute every piece of miniscule portions & inconsistencies about her testimony.

Today, Dr Herold placed Lana in the chair and oriented her head, she placed the gun in her mouth and oriented it to upright, and she placed Spector within 2-3 feet of the gun discharging. The testimony about the gun and the evidence that supports it having been wiped is interesting to say the least. There was evidence of the gun being wiped on all sides: the front strap, right and left barrel, right and left handle, the chamber, the gun sight because all of these surfaces had areas, depressions where there was blood in the lower crevaces, but not on the upper crevaces. She also matched a blood transfer stain on Lana's left hand to blood on the left side of the gun.

Weinberg has his job cut out for him.....That's his job. No doubt, Joe Friday knows the guy is good, but I do not see him winning in a shouting match with Dr. Herold . He can be arrogant, smirk and throws his hand up when a ruling goes against him (and he has been told by Judge Larry Paul Fidler to stop).I think this goes against him and he doesn't have the support like the first trial.

Jeez, how many lawyers did PS have last time, let's see. Cutler came in, shouted, pouted and left. There was Roger "I'm heading to the South of France" Rosen, Chris Phourd, Linda Kinney Baden, Bradley Brunon, and I'm sorry, one of you will have to help me with how many he had.

Not this time...Weinberg is one overwhelmed dude, what with the molestation case in San Mateo looming, plus it looks like he is doing ALL the work here by himself ..but the calvary is coming. How many experts will take the stand for Phil?

Answer coming soon. We hear Donna Clarkson, Lana's mom will take the stand soon. Mrs Clarkson, your daughter was beautiful and loving and you will do well. Stay tough and Mr Weinberg, be my guest, because if you try and tear her apart, you will lose.

Sparks Fly in the Courthouse ~ Phil Spector Trial ~ Monday January 12th

Well Joe has told you that the Spector trial is wacky and getting wackier. Well today, the Westin Bonaventure legal department sent a server to Superior Court today to Floor 9.
"Mrs Spector, you've been served". and with that Rachelle Spector threw the papers down in disgust. It is alleged the Spectors' owe the downtown hotel over $100,000 for rooms etc, used by Team Spector at Trial #1. This demonstration was viewed by many people in the hall way during the crowded lunch hour today.

In the courtroom today, GRAPHIC, GRAPHIC Pictures dominated the afternoon session. On the stand Dr. Lynne Herold, LA. Co. Sheriff's Office senior criminalist, blood spatter expert and crime scene analysist. Dr Herold's resume would take me days to type, so let's say she's an expert. In the courtroom, Lana Clarkson's mom Donna, closed her eyes and looked the other way. I could have sworn I saw tears. Phil & Rachelle both stared at the photos, neither flinching at the gore and destruction that one bullet brought. Prosecutor Alan Jackson kept those photos on the screen most all afternoon. He is a brillant prosecutor who passed out pictures and posters of items he wanted to make sure the jury saw. They saw it all. Trust Joe on this.

The morning cross exam was mainly uneventful except Spector attorney, Doron Weinberg kept trying to poke holes in the testimony of Dale Falicone, a 22 year veteran of crime scene finger printing for LA County Scientific Services. Weinberg whined and got that accusatory tone going and made no progress in my opinion. Good try.

Oh yeah, 2 (two) more new people showed up to "support" Phil, but alas they left after the morning break. Oh well, maybe more tommorrow?

Joe knows that there are some good blogs out there covering the Spector trial, but sometimes you don't hear all the "inside stuff" because of it's sensitive nature and even possibly the sensitive nature of the blogger or the poster. It is alleged that Phil used to have a habit of locking people in and out of his house. At his house, he had a buzzer that locked and unlocked doors. So if you tried to get out, it was Phil's call. If you were in a hotel room, he would just simply barricade the door.

Phone Call Message 1-To Dorothy Melvin-one of his dates and former Joan Rivers manager. Spector had been escorted out of Rivers' New Years Eve Party. He brandished a gun and was quoted by security as saying over and over, "Women are fucking cunts, they all deserve a bullet in their head. He called Dorothy many times after.

Weinberg Winds Up, WAY Back, He's Stretching it deep, Phil Spector Trial Thursday Jan 8th

Well Joe has seen it all, well maybe not like this, but now Phil Spector attorney, Doron Weinberg, is taking things to new level of realms. Now Lana committed suicide because:

Weinberg: The Stretch...The pitch...Her 4 grandparents were alcoholics...( I do remember my dad drinking beer on the weekend pretty heavily tho) Now that's a good one. Ball One

The Stretch...The Pitch...Lana smoked marijuana since she was 13. Oh well I "hear" that stuff really makes you "mellow" and you want to watch "Animal House' and laugh or something like that. Just speculating you understand. Ball 2

Well here's a good one too... Lana's parents were hippies...well big freakin deal...I was too....they were probably mellow too....Ball 3

Oh yeah, the myspace, is it up, or down page, must have worked kinda....a few new "who is that guy" showed up but left at afternoon break. Oh well..maybe next week they will have time to stay longer.

Damnit, where is Mick Jagger when we need him. Now that would fill some seats..$100 bucks a ticket, split 50/50 with Phil/Prosecution ..ya get Phil to record Mick live before court starts and ya put out the album...good for the economy??

Lana Clarkson's "Voice" Rises in the Courtroom at The Phil Spector Trial

That's right folks, you heard me right. Wednesday in trial here in Los Angeles, Joe Friday, closed his eyes and heard Lana "speak". Now don't get frightened that 714 is a channeler, asst. DA , Ms Truc Do read into record so many e-mails written from Lana that I lost count. Since Spector's attorney, Doron Weinberg only read 4 of these e-mails (and used selected passages) Truc Do read most ALL of them in their entirety. It was a tedious exercise, but most effective Joe thinks.

It was eerie, I'm telling you. What you missed was that Lana WAS a very positive person who not only had a dream, she also helped out her fans who were persuing their acting dream.

She "talked" to us today.....she said many times over and over, I'm looking forward to the future......Now getting even more eerie she wrote, after breaking her wrists in a fall , I can't wait for The "Trials and Tribulations" to be over...ring a bell?????

Truc Do also asked Dr Pena to look on the big screen at a smiling, vivacious Lana Clarkson. The picture stayed up ALL morning. Chill bump time.

TD: Could a gun have been shoved down that smiling face? (Over the objections of Weinberg.)

The answer from Dr Pena is "Yes"

Could the bruise on her tongue be caused by Phil Spector ramming the gun down her mouth?

Lana Clarkson had jobs waiting for her in February. This, as Truc Do and Dr. Pena said , was not a woman who was looking to commit suicide, especially at a stranger's house, on the first encounter. Doesn't happen. End of story? We'll see on Thursday when Mr. Weinberg starts his grilling of Dr Pena, the poor man.

On a side note, after court had ended, Phil & his wife Rachelle came back because Phil had left some notes at the desk. While not noticing that other people could hear her, Rachelle said something to the effect that something smells here, looking straight at the one and only Sprocket. Then she laughed....but it wasn't funny, just catty. The courtroom was virtually empty at this point, but the comment was duly noted..like I told you, the circus is coming to town, but Badge 714 will be on top of it!

Oh yes, forgot to mention that the legions of fans did not show up today, except for 2 new guys sitting with Rachelle. Oh well, I am sure they will when the defense starts their case in the forseeable future.......

Can you bring Pom Poms to the Phil Spector Trial?

Wow....Joe wakes's up today and he goes through his e-mail and first cup of coffee, and sees an e-mail that has been forwarded from The Spector Team.

Obviously, it's a My Space e-mail blast but the strange thing about the e-mail is, that The Team is asking for Phil's legions of fans to come to the trial in his support. The e-mail lists trial dates & times and directions to Court AND where to sit.......ANYONE WHO SUPPORTS THE DEFENSE SITS ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE...the note says.

Joe is puzzled...especially since one of the comments on the page says,
"I am coming-as I was just waiting for my invite. PS What would you like us to wear? Do you have any more Team Spector shirts"?

Holy 714...this is starting to look desperate...

The Team e-mail continues..."the more the merrier".

It goes on to say and I quote, "Phil's team need your support by coming down to visit. The defense, are about to begin presenting their side of the case (I MEAN THE TRUTH FOLKS, WHAT REALLY HAPPENED THAT EVENING!) They need as many people on their side of the courtroom as possible!!!! This is VERY important, especially for the jury to see that people DO BELIEVE in his innoncece.

Joe wonders...."Are you freakin' kidding me" ?????.

Let me get this straight....So the JURY can see that PEOPLE BELIEVE IN HIS INNOCENCE????? Joe Friday thought it was up to the jury to listen to the facts and make their own decision...not a verdict based on how many "fans" show up to support him?????

Oh yeah, almost forgot about today's (Tuesday's) half day trial. Ms. Truc Do had her job cut out, going over the many, many, different scenarios that Spector attorney Doran Weinberg threw at coronor Dr. Pena regarding the Matter of Death.

She did a very respectable job. As did Dr Pena.

My goodness, this trial is bizarre..I'm getting a headache keeping up with the circus. I can hear a ROHR (SP)? coming on, Where's Badge 714 when you need a good one?

Coming Wednesday- Almost a half day, yawn this thing is draggin ....on purpose????

Weinberg Theory in Phil Spector case, Lana Clarkson, Vicodin, +, Alcohol, + Benadryl = Suicide

Well if you were in court on Monday Jan 5th at the Phil Spector trial, you would have thought that Lana Clarkson, who had a .011 alcohol level, a small amount of Vicodin (with it's long half life, no one could tell when she last took one ) and the over the counter medication Benadryl, was the real reason Lana Clarkson possibly committed suicide, according to Spector attorney Doran Weinberg.

Weinberg also got what he wanted today..a psychological autospy. This ruling by Judge Fidler let Weinberg run "loose" with all kinds of "Did you consider this.....to Dr Pena. "This" meaning 2 sentences of a long e-mail from Lana to a friend that talked about depression. Weinberg hammered Dr Pena with "what" things Lana wrote like, "This has been the worst year of my life". Yeah...no kidding, she broke both of her wrists...Joe would be damn depressed too.

Most all of Weinberg's qustions were in the accusatory tone that, at times, is insulting. "You mean to tell me you didn't consider this" (insert your theory here)???

Sure he's doing his job, but c'mon, he can't read correct dates on evidence items, drops papers all over the floor, and in general, Joe feels, is baiting the jury with the Lana Clarkson "drug & alcohol" theory.

Don't get Joe wrong, because the defense did get in points as Dr Pena had to admit to some errors in his previous testimony, but overall Dr Pena said it at least 2 or 3 times, "No Mr Weinberg it is clear that this was a homicide on the totality of the evidence presented to me".

The Prosecution will be up on Tuesday. Should be interesting. Dr Pena held his ground, often looking directly at the jury. And talking about looking at the jury, Phil Spector stared so hard at them today it was silly, as he stood up for 15-20 seconds after everyone had taken their seat....staring ever so hard at the jury. He must have missed them since the Holiday Break?? Stay tuned...

Rachelle Spector ordered to remove photographs!

Joe Friday would think, that in a murder case, the accused's wife would not be the center of attention for any reason. This morning, however, as has been the case so many times before in the bizarre trial of Mrs. Spectors husband, the legendary Phil Spector, the accused's wife once again has grabbed the spotlight.

Judge Larry Paul Fidler, in his first order of business after the long holiday layoff, ordered Mrs. Spector to remove a series of photographs that have been posted on her website for some time. Judge Fidler showed great restraint when ordering the removal of the photos, some of which appear to have been taken either in the courtroom or hallways just outside, a clear violation of courtroom protocol. The photos claim to be of a certain tenacious trial scribe who has relentlessly covered this trial since the very beginning, much to the chagrin of the entire Spector camp.

Judge Fidler- Mrs Spector, I don't want to get in the middle of this, but clearly you have a website that contains pictures of a person in this courtroom , in violation of a rule about taking photographs and I am asking you to take them down. This is a matter the takes seriously. Mrs Spector, Do you understand? In her front row spectator's seat, Mrs Spector nods yes. The Judge then says "Mrs Spector is nodding her head in agreement. Thank you."

Will Rachelle Spector Be Fined?

If Rachelle Spector is indeed responsible for taking pictures in the courthouse and putting them up on her alleged website RachelleSpector.com , she may face consequences from Judge Larry Paul Fidler. Joe Friday believes the following may apply regarding taking pictures in Superior Court:

These procedures are to ensure the security and efficient handling of cases and events in the County Courthouse. No filming, photography or electronic recording is permitted in the courthouse except as permitted in the courtroom consistent with California Rules of Court, Rule 980, or in the courthouse consistent with specific court rules or orders. These procedures have been developed for the protection of all parties and are subject to modification based on specific circumstances or wishes of an individual trial court judge in the courtroom, or Superior or Municipal Court assistant presiding or presiding judge or supervising judge of the courthouse. Violation of these orders will result in contempt of court or monetary sanction pursuant to Code of Civil Procedures 177.5.

The Judge warned Spector's attorney that the Court takes this matter seriously, BUT the pictures remain posted. When the trial resumes, we have a feeling that this matter will be addressed by the Court, if indeed this site belongs to Ms. Spector. RS will not like writing a check or even possibly seeing the color Orange, we suspect. The Phil Spector trial resumes Monday Jan 5th....Let's see when the pictures come down.........
