Well it was a chilly, windy, rainy Monday here is the city where in Never Rains...right....but ole Joe bit the bullet so to speak and headed downtown to that too familiar courtoom.

Well, Dr Spitz was on the stand , Alan Jackson gave him an uppercut, Spector's attorney Doron Weinberg, tried to rehabilitate the good Dr., but this round goes to the Prosecution. Brillant job by Alan Jackson.
Possible discovery violations????? The jury left at 3pm and Weinberg and Jackson sparred about possible discovery violations by the Defense. It has never come out that the defense paid for the gun demonstations, but further inspections seem to back that up. On Tuesday outside the juty lawyers will cross Pecks regarding his testimony....and the judge will rule...no new court drama,,,awhhhhhhh

Joe Friday is a little worried about Phil.....has he been getting his beauty sleep?
He seems to be yawning a lot in court these days and Tuesday was no exception. I often wonder if Rachelle and Phil sit around the house, drinking a Navy Grog and listen to outtakes from The Beatles "Let It Be" CD. Oh well, Joe guesses he will never get that chance.
Well, Spector attorney Doron Weinberg (outside the jury)pleaded, begged, cajoled, and argued that Dr. Lyn Herold's testimoy should be stricken from the records. The unflappable Dr. doesn't waiver and Weinberg is firing all guns, so to speak.
Judge Fidler rules against Weinberg and Judge Fidler says he considers her a very credible witness. Case closed.
Weinberg pouts........ just another day in court with The Adventures of Phil & Chelle'.

Joe knows that there are some good blogs out there covering the Spector trial, but sometimes you don't hear all the "inside stuff" because of it's sensitive nature and even possibly the sensitive nature of the blogger or the poster. If you get a phone message from Phil, record it....a few of the women in his past life did, and the tapes were played in court for all to hear and in the public record.
It is alleged that Phil used to have a habit of locking people in and out of his house. At his house, he had a buzzer that locked and unlocked doors. So if you tried to get out, it was Phil's call. If you were in a hotel room, he would just simply barricade the door.
Phone Call Message 1-To Dorothy Melvin-one of his dates and former Joan Rivers manager. Spector had been escorted out of Rivers' New Years Eve Party. He brandished a gun and was quoted by security as saying over and over, "Women are fucking cunts, they all deserve a bullet in their head. He called Dorothy many times after.
