Phil Spector Trial ~ Rachelle Spector Admonished in Court Wednesday December 17, 2008 ~ Breaking News

Judge Larry Paul Fidler , the judge in the 2nd Phil Spector trial, today admonished Spectors' wife, Rachelle, as it has been alleged that she took pictures in the courthouse, of a spectator who attends the trial and put them on her website in a malicious way. The spectator is also a blogger who sometimes comments about Spector and his wife's attire (among the facts) in the courtroom.

Judge Fidler reminded Spector's attorney that this was a violation that the court takes seriously. Taking picture's in a State Courthouse is illegal and could carry a penalty.

Stay tuned for more breaking news.......

Thank you for reporting JF, Sprocket didn't bring it up, but I'm glad to hear Judge Fidler is aware.IIRC Sprocket has reported other instances when Rachelle Spector took pictures in the courtroom, one was his son Donte and the others were unknown.
Sprocket should hold her head high and not dignify these childish antics with a reply.jmo
